South Plains Child Care Association is a non-profit organization formed in 1994 to serve Lubbock and the surrounding counties. We strive to provide support, assistance and training as well as promote a positive and professional image of the child care provider. To encourage and promote quality child care as well as improve public perception we implemented several ideas: increase communication by creating an atmosphere of fellowship and networking, provide support services and educational opportunities and represent the needs and concerns of the child care professional.
