South Plains Child Care Association is proud to offer families in Lubbock and the surrounding counties a free referral service. All facilities are licensed and monitored by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. All referrals are to members of our association. Prospective parents are strongly urged to interview and check out any facility in which you are considering placement for your children. A referral is not a guarantee of quality childcare or perfect fit for each family. Parents may obtain a list of providers who have openings by contacting Barbara Burns at 806-796-0606 or Connie Allen at 806-792-1847.
